Saturday morning we had pancakes with Santa at a local restaurant. Leland actually talked to Santa this year rather than running away in fear. We are committed to not pushing him to sitting on Santa's lap unless he wants to because I think it's a positive that is gut reaction is not to sit on strange men's laps. We also present Santa as a fun part of Christmas that helps us celebrate generocity, but we don't tell him that Santa is real.
